- Start with a $150 core engine and William Wynne's Conversion Manual
- Crankshaft reground .010/.010 and nose internally threaded for safety shaft
- OT-10 camshaft reground with new gear
- Rods rebuilt and balanced
- ARP rod bolts
- TRW forged pistons .030
- Cylinders bored and honed .030
- Grant chrome rings
- New bronze valve guides
- New valve seats
- New valve springs
- Chamber sizes measured at 51cc
- Timeserts in spark plug threads
- AC R44F resistor plugs
- New lifters
- New pushrods
- Pushrod tubes painted white to repel exhaust stub heat, Viton o-rings
- New grooved rocker balls
- New rocker studs
- Aftermarket rocker arms to correct valve geometry
- Powder coated valve covers with welded breather tubes
- Wicks 4" remote oil breather
- William Wynne dual points distributor
- Moroso 73225 Blue Max 8mm spark plug wires
- Two NAPA Echlin IC675 epoxy coils and EP378 dual condenser
- MSD coil switcher
- William Wynne CNC light-weight top cover with custom welded oil filler neck
- William Wynne oil cover plate
- William Wynne rebuilt and tested oil accessory case
- Remote oil filter adapter
- William Wynne CNC hydrocut deep sump oil pan with studs and locknuts
