 Yaesu FT-857D control head mounted (with a suction cup mount from a Sirius radio) on pilot's window. The rig itself is in the baggage compartment, and the antenna is mounted on the bottom of the aft fuselage just ahead of the empennage. A handheld microphone is used, and the audio output is fed into the pilot's headset via a cellphone adapter. |
